Pricing for Payroll Services
IPM provides a multifaceted payrolling service. Unlike most services, IPM provides a volume discount rather than increasing fees as you add employees. We can do that because we are a 20 year old IT service provider that has developed our own proprietary payroll software. We have a proven track record of making 100% on-time payrolls, through a broad variety of business cycles and even natural disasters that handicapped many of our competitors.
Our Included Services
• Payroll – We provide a 100% full-service payroll solution
• Employee Access- Employees have full access to our system and our staff.
• Tax Filing- We handle all federal and state tax filing requirements.
• Electronic Online Reports- Our software gives employers and employees the ability to run multiple comprehensive and easy-to-use reports.
• Direct Deposit- Paychecks are direct deposited into employees’ accounts.
• Garnishment payments- We are able to deduct any mandated payroll garnishments and file them with the appropriate agencies.
• I-9 check – We require each employee to complete a Form I9 and provide the required identification.

Optional Value Added Services
Unlike other payroll service companies, IPM offers the following value added services for new hires at no additional fee:
• Reference checks for (up to three) – We have experienced personal with expert referencing experience.
• Criminal Background check – We utilize an online application that provides quick and accurate criminal background checks.
• Credit check – We utilize an online application that provides quick and accurate credit checks.
Alternative Payroll Services – Employee Lease Back Plan
IPM also offers an alternative to executing your payroll. The current or prospective employee would become an employee of IPM, which would then lease that employee back to you (Employee Lease Back Plan). IPM would be responsible for all things described in Included Services (see above) plus unemployment insurance and a matching 401K retirement plan.
